MERIEL

Merial was looking to entice more veterinarians, clinic staff and vet technicians to it's NAVC and WVC exhibts. A pull-through strategy was developed that personally addressed and thanked staff for their service from the patients themselves. It started with a 3D direct mailing and was followed up by a pre-show email that promoted a registration. At-show attendees could receive special updates and Merial news through their app. Branded refreshments, posters and other collateral were also handed out at-show.
